A group of people are organizing a fundraiser to do additional improvements on the batting cages in La Salle and need your help selling something everyone needs… Food!
For every $750 worth of frozen food you sell, your family will gain 1 entry into the free bat draw (worth a value of up to $400)

Fundraiser runs from Monday September 9th through Thursday September 26, 2024
Each family collects order forms and monies from their own respective friends, families, etc…
Once you have completed all your own selling/fundraising, and have all forms, fill out one final form totaling all items that you sold together.
Submit the consolidated form with your name on it, all totals together, along with the funds via one etransfer to Keith Manary: kmanary07@outlook.com.
Deadline to submit complete order form and all funds via etransfer is October 1, 2024.
Consolidating everything onto one form and having one etransfer from all the sales that you do will allow group orders to stay much more organized and efficient for the submittal to Sysco, and for when you pick up all of your orders.
For each $750.00 worth of sales that you achieve, your family will receive 1 entry ballot into a draw for a bat of your choice (gift card valued up to $400)
For example - $3,000.00 worth of food sales gets you 4 ballots that will be put into the draw.
The current anticipated pick-up date of all orders is Wednesday October 9th at Caisse Community Center (parking lot) in La Salle.
You will be responsible to pick up all the orders (which will be frozen) for the group of friends/family/neighbors that you sold to.
The fundraiser organizers will not be breaking out the bulk orders separately for people you sold to, for individual pick up.
