BASEBALL 2024 REGISTRATION OPEN FEBRUARY 3 - 29, 2024

 

Registration needs to be completed by new and returning families.

Please take a few moments to read this important registration information to make this process as seamless as possible.

*La Salle Residents must pay a patronage fee to the Caisse Community Centre of $60/family. For more information on the patronage fee go to Caisse Community Centre

The stores will be open from February 3 - 29th and all items purchased will be available for pick up at the Jersey & Equipment Pickup Night (see below). 

 


  

Evaluation Dates:

 

An email will be sent to all participants confirming evaluation times and groupings closer to the date

 

11U:

  • Saturday March 16th - 8:00am - 12:00pm @ Caisse Community Centre ( La Salle) - fielding and running

  • Sunday, March 17th - 9:00am - 12:00pm @ Home Run Sports Training Centre ( 905 King Edward Street) - hitting and pitching

13U:

  • Saturday, April 6th - 12:30pm - 3:30pm @ Home Run Sports Training Centre ( 905 King Edward Street) - hitting and pitching

  • Monday, April 8th - 6:15pm - 9:15pm @ WSF Soccer South (211 Chancellor Matheson Road) - fielding and running

15U: 

  • Saturday, April 6th - 7:30pm - 9:00pm @ Home Run Sports Training Centre (905 King Edward Street) - hitting and pitching *with Fort Garry*

  • Thursday, April 11th - 7:15pm - 8:15pm @ WSF Soccer North (770 Leila Avenue) - fielding and running *with Fort Garry*

18U:

  • Saturday, April 6th - 9:00pm - 10:30pm @ Home Run Sports Training Centre (905 King Edward Street) - hitting and pitching *with Fort Garry*

  • Thursday, April 11th - 8:15pm - 9:15pm @ WSF Soccer North (770 Leila Avenue) - fielding and running *with Fort Garry*

Sun Apr 14 - Baseball Level 2 Umpire Clinic 8am-4pm @ La Salle

Wed Apr 17 - Jersey Hand out and Apparel Pick Up Night @ La Salle ($50 Cheque Deposit Required per Jersey)

Sun May 5 - Baseball Coaches Clinic 8:30-12:00 @ La Salle

Jersey & Equipment Pick-Up Night:

 

Wednesday, April 17th - 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Caisse Community Centre (La Salle)

  • $50 deposit will be required for all jerseys with a post dated cheque on jersey pick up night

  • Grey pants required

  • Macdonald Yankees hat will be provided to all players 

 

 


Typical Nights of Play During Season:

Additional games may be scheduled on Saturday afternoons and Sunday evenings. Additional weekend practices at coach’s discretion. 

 

9U - Monday/Wednesday

11UA & AA - Tuesday/Thursday

13UA & AA - Monday/Wednesday

15UA - Tuesday/Thursday

15UAA - Monday Wednesday

18UA - Tuesday / Thursday

18UAA - Monday/Wednesday


 

Easy Steps to Register:

 

  1. Setup your Login Account as a Main Contact

  2. Setup your family members in your profile

  3. Choose your "player packages"

  4. Registration Fee

  5. Patronage Fee for your local community center (if applicable)

  6. Volunteer Bond: La Salle Community Center has a $300 Volunteer bond to be returned after volunteering, or you can opt out with a $200 payment to the community center. 

  7. Review of Waivers

  8. Parent/Guardian Information

  9. Questions to Answer

  10. Review pricing

  11. Submit Registration!

If you are unable to register online please contact the Registrar.

Macdonald Minor Ball Association believes that no player should be deprived the opportunity to play due to financial considerations. KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport. More information about KidSport can be found here. Please contact the Registrar for help in completing the application and to obtain a signature.
